Peat briquette is a pressed form of peat used as fuel. It is characterized by high calorific value, long burning, low ash and moisture content, as well as environmental safety.

• Calorific value: 4200-4500 kcal/kg, which is comparable to low-carbon coal.
• Ash content: up to 15%.
• Moisture content: 10-14%.
• Sulfur content: low, 0.1%.
• Burning time: 8-10 hours.
• Shape and dimensions: usually rectangular briquettes, dimensions may vary, but 180x70x35 mm are often found.
• Mechanical strength: high, not less than 94%.
• Composition: 100% peat.
