We raise dual-purpose (meat and egg) Golden Phoenix and Texas quail breeds on our own farm. Our products combine eco-friendly practices and natural feed with strict quality control—from the first day of rearing to final packaging.
We process orders for slaughter on demand, ensuring you receive guaranteed fresh meat without it sitting on store shelves for extended periods. Chilled Quail Carcass (Phoenix/Texas breeds): Juicy, tender, and lean meat rich in easily digestible protein, iron, and amino acids. Chilling is carried out at temperatures between -6°C and -2°C, preserving the natural texture, pale pink color, and maximum nutritional value.
• Size: Large, meaty carcasses weighing 300–350+ g (ideal for roasting, grilling, and children’s menus).
• Packaging: Vacuum-sealed (3–4 birds per pack).
